Whether you are planning a dinner for ten, a grand scale event for 2000, or Canteen Running services we will be more than happy to assist you with your upcoming event/requirement.

In the event our standardized menus do not include a particular item, we will be more than happy to customize a personalized menu just for you. In addition, we also offer a wide range of other cuisines to cater to your palette.

The Hotel

The Rooms

Imagine sitting in an open-air restaurant with the Indian Ocean on one side, and candlelit gardens on the other, whilst enjoying one of a wide choice of Italian/Mediterranean dishes including pizza cooked in a wooden oven, homemade pasta and a wide range of seafood dishes, the best in Dar es Salaam! We also arrange buffet dinners and outside catering for all types of functions.

The Lounge
The Mediterraneo Lounge in Dar es Salaam has a large collection of chill-out music and a well-stocked wine cellar where you will find the best brands of wines from Italy, South Africa and many other countries. Come to relax at the Mediterraneo Lounge, where you can enjoy the fantastic view of the Indian Ocean while sipping your favourite drink, and listening to the best lounge music in Tanzania.

Arrival & Departure

Pickup from the airport to the hotel can be organized at a cost of $25 per voyage.
Kindly inform the reception of your departure latest by midday of the day before, otherwise the full room rate will be charged.

Our room prices include a full breakfast, payable in USD/TShs /Euro.
We accept only Master & Visa credit cards, we do not accept traveller‘s cheques. On credit card payments a 5% fee will be added on the price.
On cash payment a discount of 10% will be applied. No discount offered on meals.

Cancellation Policy.
Reservations cancelled within 48 hours prior to check in will be charged at full price.
