The Avic project covers an area of 2.36 million square meters and is divided into five phases. The start-up area of AVIC TOWN is part of the first phase of the project. It covers an area of about 160,000 square meters with 130 houses had been built. There are 6 types of houses, built area is ranging from 131 to 365 square meters, and gardens area is ranging from 500 to 1600 square meters. The types are from three bedrooms to five bedrooms. Our product is a gated community with designated units, one home in one courtyard with scenery changes its aspect at every step, large terrace, vestibule and backyard, the original vegetation and trees are preserved, and combining with the green plants in the courtyard can make a green, fresh and eco-friendly living environment for you. Our houses can be customized to choose solar power systems, decoration styles, and furniture packages and so forth. AVIC TOWN is currently the largest and only pure villa project in Tanzania.
