Gratitude … A word that holds so much positivity and goodness.
The definition of Gratitude is “the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness”.
When you show and practice Gratitude on a daily basis and put it out there, the Universal laws will set to work for you in the most wonder ways.
I thought I might share some of these insights with you today to steer you towards a happier and more positive life you love.
The Law of attraction (what you focus your attention on you will see and it shall grow) so by being grateful for even the smallest of life’s gifts on a daily basis will in turn show you more to be grateful for on a daily basis and this shall grow and grow.
The Law of vibration (everything in life vibrates at a specific frequency … Your positive, happy and love-based emotions, thoughts and actions vibrate at a very high frequency) So gratitude being a very high vibrational frequency will lift your spirits and set the law of attraction into motion to attract more of the same frequency.
The Law of cause and effect (quite simple, every cause has an effect) Make your cause Gratitude and your effect will be positive thoughts, emotions and actions.
I love the way our beautiful Universe works in such natural harmonious flow and rhythm and if you are conscious and intentional in life, with a few key ingredients, you can create a life you love.
To set the flow of positivity in your life right now, sit back and close your eyes, relax your shoulders and breathe and ask yourself these 3 questions and then you welcome to email them to me
1. What are you most grateful for today?
2. What are you most grateful for that lies ahead in 2019?
3. What would you be so grateful to receive right now?
To keep your vibration up start a daily Gratitude Journal. I love using a manual journal as there is something very special and authentic about a hand-written note.
Wishing you a year ahead with an abundance of beautiful life experience to be grateful for
